Lovingly hand painted by me, for you, you will notice when you receive your vase that the utmost care, love and attention to detail has gone into every single piece I make.

* Due to our Vases being handmade, they are a made to order item. Please allow up to 2 weeks from time of purchase for your item to be shipped (we will do our best to get it out to you ASAP though).

I do recommend dried or faux florals only, but if you wish to use fresh please try not to get water on the outside. They are sealed for protection but not waterproof.
DIY Kits will be shipped within 4 days, if your order is urgent please send me an email at email@example.com and i'll endeavour to get it out to you quicker.
BOHO Vases have a 2 week turn around time due to them being hand made. While I endeavour to keep items in stock, this is not always possible due to the volume of orders.
CHRISTMAS time orders may take longer due to volume of orders.

Once items have been shipped you will get a tracking number emailed to you. Please check this to track your item.
PLEASE NOTE VASES AND KITS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR CHANGE OF MIND. These are all handmade items and are shipped in perfect condition. If for any reason your items arrive damaged please contact me ASAP at firstname.lastname@example.org and attach photos of proof as this will be needed to contact my delivery service.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
